NEMA Mailing Lists
NEMA makes its mailing list available to Institutional and Corporate Members, as well as to selected nonprofit organizations (primarily to promote educational opportunities for museum staff). All uses must be approved by NEMA staff.

Institutional and Large Corporate Members are entitled to one free list per year.

Lists are provided on laser labels or electronically in an Excel spreadsheet. All lists are sorted by zip code.

Lists are provided for one-time use only.

Non-profit organizations that are not members of NEMA must provide proof of tax status.

The List
The full list includes approximately 1500 names; approximately 100 are beyond the New England region. Shorter, more specific versions of the list are also available. To help you reach your target audience, we can sort the list by individual state, job discipline (curator, exhibit designer, etc.), or contact at each institution (generally the institution's director).

To Order
To order a list, write to us at the address given above. Include in your request exactly what output you require and a copy of the piece you wish to mail. We cannot take orders by phone.
Once an order has been received, a Terms of Use form will be faxed to the organization requesting the mailing list. The Terms of Use form must be completed and faxed back to the NEMA office before an order will be processed.

All orders must be prepaid or accompanied by a purchase order. While we try to fill orders as quickly as possible, please allow two weeks for processing and mailing.

Non-member non-profits:

All prices include first class postage and handling.
