Join NEMA for the next installment of the popular Archives 101 series: Records Management. In this half-day workshop led by presenters in the museum, archival, and records management fields, participants will investigate some of the fundamental principles of records management: what are some of the functions and records common to museums? What are the legal requirements you need to know? How do you get buy-in from your organization? Participants will learn the essential elements of a successful records management program, from the basics of conducting records surveys and developing retention schedules, to finding additional guidance and resources.
